Design & Portability
ASUS has pivoted the G14 from a "hardcore gamer" look to a "premium lifestyle" aesthetic. The new chassis is machined from a single block of aluminum, feeling incredibly rigid. At 1.5kg, it's as portable as many ultrabooks but packs vastly more power.
The OLED Display
The switch to a Nebula OLED panel is the best decision ASUS made. With true blacks and infinite contrast, watching movies or playing atmospheric games is a transcendent experience. The 120Hz refresh rate ensures everything is buttery smooth.
Performance & Cooling
The Ryzen 9 8945HS combined with the RTX 4060 provides enough power for heavy video editing and modern gaming at the native 3K resolution (with DLSS). The new tri-fan cooling system manages thermals well, though the fans do spin up during intensive tasks.
Community Reviews
The OLED screen is a dream for design work. Colors are spot on. It's light enough to carry everywhere.
